Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the country/region and international shipping is available to all countries. Please note that international shipments may incur additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Products sourced from global suppliers may have longer shipping times and separate tracking details.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting our website’s order tracking page. For items shipped directly from our suppliers, tracking information may be provided separately.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, holidays, or customs delays may affect the shipping process. In such cases, we will do our best to notify you of any delays. Additionally, products coming from different suppliers may arrive separately and at different times.

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped. For products shipping from our suppliers, address changes may not be possible once the item is in transit.
Damaged or Lost Packages: Falcony Mart is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist you in the process as much as possible.
