2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1 Digital products, physical health education services, and gift cards are non-refundable. 2.2 Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 3.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. 4.2 Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
5.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
